I just don't see how selling a newb a mining laser is wrong.
They have ISK; I have goods. Everyone leaves happy.
I mean, it's no workers' paradise, but at least he ends up with means of production.

Ah, thought you were arguing the other way (that it'd be difficult to supply since it was low-sec). Low sec = no bubbly fun, so not too hard to sneak a Probe or whatever low-SP craft you want through.

It's not quite communism. They're clearly being paid (Zanka) for their efforts (patrolling the constellation). The no-modules rule is f'king odd, though.
